Our Repossession Process
At MIDLAND FARM EQUIPMENT INC., we take pride in sourcing only exceptional pre-owned tractors, farm, and construction equipment through our professional repossession network. Each piece of equipment we present for sale has been carefully selected, verified, and maintained to meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Our repossession process follows a transparent and responsible procedure designed to protect both our clients and the original owners, while ensuring that every unit we sell is legally compliant, thoroughly inspected, and ready for immediate use.
Recovery and Inspection
Every unit is repossessed under full legal compliance and immediately transported to one of our certified storage and inspection facilities across the United States. Once received, our authorized inspection department conducts a complete technical and cosmetic evaluation — including diagnostic scans, fluid checks, oil and filter changes, and safety inspections. If required, any worn components are replaced or repaired using genuine OEM parts to ensure the equipment is field-ready.
Verification and Documentation
Before any tractor or implement is approved for sale, ownership history, lien releases, and maintenance records are verified. This process ensures that each piece of equipment is fully owned, debt-free, and ready for a smooth title transfer to its next owner.
Servicing and Preparation
After verification, each item undergoes comprehensive servicing, cleaning, and detailing. All key mechanical systems are tested and confirmed to be in excellent working order. We make sure every tractor or attachment we list performs as expected and reflects the quality standard our customers deserve.
Listing and Sale
Only equipment that passes our strict quality and documentation requirements is listed for sale. Each listing includes full photo documentation, serial number verification, and — when available — a detailed walkaround video for complete transparency. Because most repossessed equipment comes from working farms or professional operations, many units are in outstanding condition, often with low hours and verifiable histories.
Warranty and Customer Support
Many of our units come with existing manufacturer warranties — such as factory-backed powertrain coverage — while others include a MIDLAND FARM EQUIPMENT INC. Limited Coverage Warranty for additional protection. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, knowing that our support continues well after delivery.
Secure Sales and Delivery Process
We understand that purchasing equipment remotely is a major decision. That’s why every transaction is protected by our secure payment process and includes a 10-day inspection period after delivery, allowing customers to verify the condition and performance of the equipment before final acceptance.
At MIDLAND FARM EQUIPMENT INC., our goal is simple — to make the repossession process an opportunity for farmers and businesses to acquire late-model, premium-quality equipment at a fair price. Every step we take is guided by transparency, professionalism, and trust — values that define how we do business and how we serve every customer.
